Times of filming

We will be setting our time of filming to be roughly 4pm because it is when it begins to get dark and we want it to be a reasonable time for a girl of the age of 12
To be walking home. We also want it to be gradually getting dark because it fits the mood and genre that our opening 2 minutes will be. Young girl walking

Her we want it to be vague because we want the audience to really pay attention to what's happening in this 2 minutes and the fact they are having focus means they are hooked into the story as they are wanting to find out what will happening next. Another thing is that we want the effect of the street lights to bring effect and we need to pick a time to when they are on.
